​​Do you plan on rearranging to make space for your sweet addition(s)? Let me do the heavy lifting. I have a few muscles, I'm a phenomenal organizer and enjoy creating calm and functional spaces. I'm happy to give advice or take direction. If you just need a helping hand to achieve the tasks you want to accomplish before the big day, I'm your lady. I also assist with unpacking gifts and creating lists for, "thank you", notes. ​

If you are looking for more of a personal assistant throughout your pregnancy and birth process, this is a great package. My services include an array of support depending on your birth plan and needs.

This package includes all items listed in the BAE Package above, as well as the following:

• 4 hours postpartum care

• ​Nesting support

• Appointment coordination

• Document preperation needed for the hospital or birth center

• For those having a home birth, I will set up a home visit to coordinate details and prepare your space for birth 

• Scheduling & accompanying client to a hospital visit prior to birth

• A list of suggestions to pack in your overnight bag​

• Attending a visit with client's midwife​ or OBGYN

• Accompany client to a birthing class​

• Assist with coordinating coverage during the postpartum period with siblings and/or pets

• Creative recipes to keep you healthy & engaged during pregnancy​

If you are an expectant mother considering your options, a birth mother, prospective adoptive parent(s), are an adoption agency, facilitator, or attorney, please reach out to me for resources, availability & pricing. I do all I can to accommodate. I believe no woman should give birth alone or leave the hospital empty-handed, with nobody by her side. During the postpartum period, someone should care for her everyday in some way. The separation is a lifetime decision to process. • Distribute a birth team call/location sheet with all contacts involved in the birth process. List to include: Planned birthing location, insurance, doctor or midwife, partner, family and other contacts (birth father, adoption rep, prospective adoptive parent(s), social worker, etc.).​​

• 40 hours of postpartum care

• Physical support throughout the healing process 

• Emotional support in processing the birth as well as adoption related topics​

• Encouragement to create short term plans and long term goals for the future

• Providing resources for birth mom support services or groups.​​​

• Relief with care of other children

• Accountability partner

• Storytelling to connect, sharing both personal experiences as well as evidence based information.​

​Services begin as early as 48 hours following birth.

24/7 on call support throughout your contract.​​

• Light housekeeping such as dishes, laundry, and meal prep

• Assist with newborn bathing

• Monitor newborn while the family rests and make sure all needs are met.

• Bring baby to mother during her resting period for any feedings

• Track patterns, diaper changing, and feedings

• Steam pot for relaxation and revitalization

Proper nourishment throughout your pregnancy and postpartum period is important. There is no, "one size fits all" for this, as each person has their own relationship with food. With consideration of your diet, I create unique dishes that nourish, and are simply delicious. Providing you with either a beautiful candlelight home dinner or just some weekly meal prep.
